AWI’s Quality Standards offers a simple system of reference specifications that enable architects and designers to control the requirements for manufacture and installation of all elements of architectural woodwork. The four part format (General, Specifications, Tests and Design ideas) is user friendly and follows specification systems established by the AIA and the CSI. The AWI Quality Standards is the authority when it comes to woodwork specification writing and interpretation of woodwork quality in North America.
